Another successful case that same year in the Virginia Supreme Court, Walter Atkinson, Admin. v. Scheer, MD, et al, was deemed one of the most important medical negligence decisions for the plaintiff's bar in Virginia. Mr. Esposito is married to the former Suzanne Daley. They have two sons, ages 12 and 16.
